Refund Policy

Consultation & Strategy Sessions (Live Services)

✅ Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your booked session free of charge if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.

❌ Late Cancellations / No-Shows

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.

  • No-shows (i.e., missing a session without notice) are non-refundable.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds will be granted only if:

    • AxisBridge is unable to deliver the session due to internal issues.

    • A technical issue on our end prevented the session from taking place.

  • Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with session content unless otherwise agreed upon.

Online Training Program Purchases

Once access to an online training course or digital product is granted, the purchase becomes non-refundable, due to the immediate delivery of digital content.

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

  • You were charged more than once for the same product.

  • You were unable to access the material due to a verified technical error caused by our system.

Online Training Program Purchases

To request a refund, email us at refunds@axisbridge.ae within the specified eligibility period, and include:

  • Your full name

  • Invoice or transaction number

  • Reason for the refund request

We aim to process eligible refunds within 7 business days of approval.

Online Training Program Purchases

Please note that all transactions are processed through secure third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal ), and any transaction fees are subject to the respective provider’s refund policy. AxisBridge Consulting is not responsible for delays caused by third-party processors.
